SPDR MSCI ACWI UCITS ETF (SPYY), 0,12% p.a.
2,681 holdings here Vs 4,243 in the combination I suggested.
Probably worth the extra trade and 0.01% fee for that extra diversification for most?

2) there's also HSBC FTSE all world fund in the UK, unsure if available to you, 0.13% TER, available in both dist and acc. usually dist is more expensive, so at 0.13% ter dist it's pretty good. I admit there are people that don't trust HSBC as a provider of ETF/funds though.
Why don't people trust HSBC?
Unsure if it's available, can't see it easily on Interactive Brokers.
With 3,927 holdings it seems quite well diversified for that TER though.
