I think y’all are missing the question. If you have a long driving route it’s tedious to look up a bunch of cities along the route and look at the hourly forecast for when you will be there.The Map and Hourly forecasts available from the local NWS office are pretty granular and the forecaster discussion gives you the context. I'm doubtful whether any source offering greater precision offers greater accuracy.
A service that allows you to input the route you intend to drive and the time you intend to leave could give a driving summary, highlight any inclement weather that might affect you, etc. All on one screen
Like I said, I think the MyRadar app can do this
