Yesterday a friend gifted me with their basically-new (used once) quesadilla maker.
They're streamlining their kitchen stuff so they said now I could have the chance and a "free shot" to never use it, or to discover a new happiness in life, munching on homemade quesadillas![:)]( "Smile")

If you're a homemade quesadilla fan, any recipes (beyond the standard - even beyond quesadillas proper) that you like and might recommend?
Or is it one of "those" gadgets, nice to have but rarely used and I should expected to be re-homing it soon?
