Do you recommend setting up bill pay on statement due date or a few days in advance when using this set up?Just put in the smartly savings account number as if it were a checking account at B of A. The B of A system accepted this for me and pulled a large payment of about $7K in December.Even though my credit card company (in this case BofA) doesn't support autopay using a savings account, can I initiate autopay through my bank (US Bank)?This is what I am doing, the smartly savings account is my new checking account for anything other than actual checks.I'm considering using my US Bank Smartly Savings card as the payment source for all my credit cards, as it actually pays interest, even if below market rate.
