I have had my email address show up in various breaches, as well as user id and password in some cases - Adobe and Chegg come to mind, for example.
As long as you are using strong and unique passwords for each website or app, I do not think it is a concern. Where people have run into trouble is situations where your email adresss (user id) and password for Sal’s Pizza gets breached and hackers then try that same combination at other websites. Unique passwords avoid this issue.
