The stock portion of PRWCX and the ETF TCAF do not appear to be identical. An interesting goal of TCAF is lower risk and similar or better tax efficiency than an S&P ETF. In its short life it has been less volatile but with a lower return and it has been more tax efficient so far. I may dip my toe in after I see how it does in a moderate downturn.For anyone interested...DG also runs the stock portion of PRWCX as an ETF.
