Non-US Investing • Re: European Investment into American Company

...In order to avoid paying 50% taxes in Germany, the company would be willing to invest his share in an American company. I currently do not have a US company, however I do own several rentals and could easily create an LLC, etc. for my rental business.
With that, I could hire my father and he would be able to use the company credit card, etc. to access his money.

We are looking for a legal and efficient way to move his share of the German company as an investment to the US...
