I'll bite, what is the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy correction, and why in the world do you think this correction is "healthy"? Also, per the quotation, apart from ignoring financial news, how does one "prepare" for a correction, especially since it is already here?
I was kind of wondering that too. Healthy to me means orderly, two sided trading etc. which is what I see right now. Unhealthy to me has huge gaps down, forced selling, panic etc. So in this context this is all very normal and orderly as far as I can tell until proven otherwise.
