I´ve had good luck with Gustin. Direct to consumer, made to order. Classic, real raw/selvedge jeans without obnoxious self-promoting labels or pockets They have traditional as well as slimmer designs. Will last 15 years despite hard wear. No synthetic elastic (in general) that will stretch out after 3 months. Assembled/sewn in USA; some denim still from defunct Cone Mills USA (suppliers to Levis when they sold raw denim, not prewashed junk) or Japan (world champions in denim today). Reasonably breathable (natural fiber).

Yes, raw denim requires some wearing in but will conform more to your body shape. Any denimheads in the office will wink at you, acknowledging that you know what real denim once was (i..e, not designer jeans, rather ones that develop a unique patina if you patiently allow them to).
