appreciate all input, though if you're not familiar with 'ice dams', this is the point of their spray foam suggestion.
It would (??) hopefully prevent heat loss at 'A' where the loose fill alone would have less depth.
This should (?) prevent the melt that forms the ice dam at 'B', or at least help![🤷♂️]()
