What's my move to cut FIOS TV and be able to stream live sports, including my local baseball and hockey franchises?
It really depends where you are. You will have to look up your teams and broadcast schedule and see what services they are on.

In my case, no matter what route I go, I can't get every game on any one service. This includes Cable, Dish, Streaming, etc. Sports is kind of a nightmare.
It kind of depends on what sports you watch. You can absolutely get every single NFL game on YTTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, and every NBA game with NBA League Pass. They don't appear to have NHL Center Ice, and MLB has always had its own streaming service.
