Most rads will not take patient requests to relook at an exam. The request has to come from the ordering physician.Consider reaching out to the radiologist and asking him/her to take a second look. Radiologists are often forced to look at your imaging test in a bubble with zero context (ordering providers are supposed to give rads some history and say what the pt symptoms are, but instead the history is often something like “rule out pain” or omits critical info. If you call the radiologist and say “it hurts here, and I fell 2 weeks ago”, they would likely happily take a second look.
