I was kind of shocked how I couldn't find any information or chatter, anywhere, about this. VXUS is up 2% in a day, with USD flat (so not a currency effect), and US stocks flat as well. Just pure gain, from nowhere. Is the China stimulus really driving that, with China being so small a part of VXUS?
