Landlord has posted the unit on zillow with the earliest move in date of August o1 and that showing will start in July. He clearly isn't keen to find the new tenants ASAP. When I moved in, it was literally 2 days after the previous tenant moved out.
I wonder whether I should text him and say that I am happy to show the unit to perspective tenants at 24h notice?
