You need to go to the originating broker. The recipient is very unlikely to know what lots were taken, because your lot information is irrelevant to them. Keeping track of lots is just an accounting exercise between you and your brokerage account.
I expect it will be easier to contact Schwab directly. Schwab should have a copy of the request, and they should be able to confirm that the request specified a particular lot.

In the past I've heard that this is a known issue with Schwab. The initial transfer uses your default cost basis method, and then Schwab needs to manually fix it up afterwards if you requested a particular lot. It sounds like they didn't automatically fix it up in your case. If you ask, they ought to fix it.
I contacted Schwab via chat and they corrected it.
