Unclear as to desired allocations, I am certainly open to suggestions!

But based upon your other responses, it sounds like you'd be comfortable with up to 100% equities for now. Having anything between 0-40% of your equities in a total international fund is fine. Vanguard and Fidelity use close to 40% in their target date funds. Other sources suggest 0%. I compromise at 20%. The international has underperformed for many years now, but it adds to diversification.
