Are you sure the block curb is “yours”?

I'm sure of nothing. But I don't see who would agree to have curb + whatever amount to .7' of total concrete sits on their property while they can't make any use of it.

I could see wanting a curb in the edge of my driveway for a number of reasons. Similar to a fence. “Your” driveway was placed right up to it.
