Just my opinion but I doubt when Warren Buffet leaves Bershire it will be the same. Apple isn't the same without Steve Jobs and Vanguard isn't the same without Jack Bogle.

There may be a hint or essence of the former creators of the company but it probably won't be the same.
Isn’t Apple a much much much better stock since Jobs passing? It is the largest company by market cap now for several years (for the most part). Jobs never had such a position for Apple.
As doobiedoo said, it may have done better financially but it really hasn't innovated the way it used to. I am talking about the vision the company had/has when the founder is running the company. The 2nd or 3 CEO will "forget" what the company's vision used to be and it will change.
