Turbo Tax Business supports State filing? And if so, how well do they do it?

Yes, it supports State filing including e-Filing. It's basically a stripped-down version of TurboTax Deluxe,
with whole chunks missing like data import from brokers or institutions. And yet fewer ways to use forms mode,
or see a "data source" for a number.
It's clearly the unloved child of Inuit.
But, since it's the same as TurboTax Deluxe Desktop, it's familiar in the same ways, and basically works.
