Here's a link for three free months of service on your car radio, no credit card needed. It's only valid for inactive radios that have not had a trial recently. I got it from Mercury Magazines (they send offers for free magazines and e-books). Obviously, it's YMMV, post your results.

I' tried to use it on my radio, but it would not work because I recently had a free one-month trial after they could not get the advertised free listening period to work and gave me a free month instead, I cancelled my radio subscription a year ago and switched to streaming with two free six-month streaming offers, since I have wireless Android Auto and my phone automatically connects without having to plug it in.
I tried to use the aforementioned free three months, but it said I did not qualify since I'd just had a free trial. But they offered me three months for $1. I wasn't sure about doing it since I'd need to contact them after three months to cancel/get a better price, but I happened to get a $1 Virtual Visa reward card for doing a survey recently (stupid that they pay such a small amount as a Visa), But it worked perfectly for this offer since it was accepted for my $1 payment and they can't charge me in case I forget to call before it renews at full price.
