I was able to set up my employer account.
The employee account has an error after I enter my SSN etc, where it says secure connection couldn't be established. So I can't set that up. I tried Firefox and Safari. Neither worked. I think the advice I read about customer service telling someone to use a different browser is bs.
The employer account doesn't have any record of my employee contribution which I made last month at Vanguard. It also says 0 employees active. It has what looks like the correct overall balance though.
Not a great start and I'm thinking I should have terminated and rolled over when I had the chance before Ascensus.
I wonder what tax forms they will be sending next year. I hope that doesn't mess anything up with the IRS.
