What was the next step they suggested?I received the same. I'm 100% thinking this is game playing by HSA Bank. I contacted HSA Bank and they indicated they never received the request from Fidelity for my transfer I initiated. After performing 5 transfer transactions over the years from HSA Bank to my Fidelity HSA, suddenly HSA Bank is not receiving information from Fidelity.Just got a message from Fidelity. My transfer of cash has been taking longer this go around. Is HSA Bank overwhelmed now or are they going to play games?
