Kim Clark from Kiplinger Personal Finance magazine is doing a short story on the meme "VOO and Chill" (also sometimes phrased as "VTI and Chill.")

She would love to try to track down the person who first came up with this or coined the phrase. Does anybody remember where they first saw it?

Supposedly "Netflix and Chill" was coined in 2009. And she's been able to trace "VOO and Chill" at least back to 2016. But so far she can't find the specific originator. Does anybody know who came up with it first? When and where did it come from?
