Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Having a baby at 48

My wife is having a baby next year, I'm 48 and she's 40. I already have 2 adult kids, I didn't have any money when they were growing up because I had them young. My wife is my 2nd wife, she doesn't have any kids of her own.
I would like to set up this baby for life financially as I won't be around as long as I will for my first 2 kids.
She works part time now and will continue to work part time. She will stay at home for the first 2 years. She works in an industry where her job is guaranteed to be waiting for her.
What are some things I should do? Opening a 529 plan and DCFSA is all I know currently.
