I keep 2 to 3 years of expense in cash all the times. So, I do not face any of your problems.

Is the allocation in your signature line your current allocation? If so it looks like you are invested in roughly in 30% intermediate bonds plus some bond exposure in Wellington?
My overall asset allocation is 60/40.
