Taxes are small and fixable; you have three years to amend. A will is one and done. You don’t usually get a chance to fix the deficiencies in a will post-mortem.But there do seem to be opposing views here if the general consensus IS to do your own taxes but do NOT do your own will?It’s fine if you are meticulous and don’t have any complex situations. Not unlike doing taxes yourself.
Much better than not having anything.
